Anne French lives and works in Brighton.

‘I left school very young and went to live in Paris for 30 years, which I loved.
Having had no formal art education I have always felt the freedom to go where my inspiration takes me, rather than doing what I feel I ought to do!
My latest passion is ‘Graphic novel furniture’, but last year it was bottle top accessories, and before that stained glass mosaics, which followed on from papier mache.
I suppose I love creating something fine and useful, from objects otherwise discarded.’
